This IEC 61850 evaluation DLL Starter Kit for Client/Server and Publisher/Subscriber is available for download. The Kit contains executable software, C source code as well as a "Getting Started with IEC 61850" manual using SystemCORP Embedded Technology's DLL. The Protocol Integration Stack (PIS-10) API manual PDF file is also included - in addition, you may also refer to the navigable Online API Manual.

The DLL includes an example. This is intensionally a simple example using a Command window and command line inputs. The source code will allow you to quickly compile your own examples with the features of your existing development environment to work with the SystemCORP Embedded Techology's IEC 61850 DLL. Also, use the ICD Designer Demo on to create your SCL files.
