Beck-IPC, ISaGRAF, and SystemCORP Embedded Technology were at the Windpower 2011 Conference & Exhibition booth #185 in Anaheim, May 22-25th.
We showed Beck's DK-61, the 61850 single-chip solution, running SystemCORP's embedded software. Stefan Mizera of ISaGRAF showed Beck's Com.tom application running our stack.

The IPC@CHIP® DK61 Development Kit shown is a complete development system for the IPC@CHIP® SC123 and SC143 Embedded Controllers. In addition to the DK60 Development Board it also contains the "Getting Started with IEC 61850 Basics" with the DK-61 as well as the Paradigm C/C++ Compiler. In addition, the RTOS Debugger and many other tools required for creating C applications on the SC123 and SC143 Embedded Controllers are included.

Stefan's presentation is available on NettedAutomations Blog . Many Americans unfamiliar with IEC 61850 were given NettedAutomations Karlheinz Schwarz's "IEC 61850, IEC 61400-25, ... Consulting, Seminars, and Hands-on Training" notes. A representative of the Utility Wind Integration Group (UWIG) familiar with IEC 61850 met Karlheinz many years ago referred to him as "The Godfather of 61850".
